At KPC 2025, all registration fees are non-refundable. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding refunds:
No Refunds
Once a registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
Personal reasons
Changes in schedule
Inability to attend the event
Event Cancellation or Changes
In the unlikely event of the conference being canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified promptly. While fees will not be refunded, the organizers may provide alternative solutions, such as participation in the rescheduled event.
